So well but somethink is still dark in my mind.African Leaders in democracy level understand or refuse to understand the concept of governance.
Organizing democratic election is not only criteria for a good governance.So something again become dark since we take in consideration the social and economic situation of 80% of africans living in extrem poverty.
What happen exactly?
