the topic at hand of african Democracy is it reality or not.we have a problem in africa as we don't understand what is Democracy? look at libya this country want to push for the US of africa to be a reality but for 36 years the man on the the street have not seen Democracy!now we look at the forefathers of NEPAD nigeria and south afirca preidents they are now seeking term number 3!!! then they don't understand the africa peer review mechanism. here in namibia at least Democracy  is there as we have freedom press and expresstion is there.but i feel for my brothers in dafur.
