My understanding in democracy accordingly in africa is like baby borned this morning and every time he need his mother.
The democracy progress will growth in the same time with our mentality, our culture  and our knowlodge level.Education play a major role in this process. So we have a long road to perfect our skill, to organize our common life on the right rulers.
